Saul Fuhrmann
I grew up in Israel and studied math at the Technion. Before starting Breezy
is building AI employees that can perform complex professional work. This site was built using Breezy. I lead the core engineering team at Kikoff. I like to work on technical problems that involve optimization / planning in an uncertain environment. In my free time, I practice bjj, write short stories and surf.
Work
At Breezy, we're building an AI employee for solo service professionals. Not the fancy kind with suits. The ones who fix your pipes, build your furniture, and keep your house from falling apart.Does that sound interesting? Check out our career page to see if anything seems like a good fit.
I write code, design features, talk to customers and manage the engineering team.
Writing
Growing up I had a strong aversion to writing that really bothered me. "I enjoy reading so much, how come i can't write?", in my late 20s, I decided to do something about it. I started "microdosing writing", writing a little bit every day.
Now, a few years later, Im still pretty anxious about it and often it feels awkward and formulaic, but sometimes i write a piece that i really enjoy and i'd like to publish those here.
Reading
Before I learned to read, my parents would read to me every night as a sort of a bed time ritual. As a result, I was pavlovianly conditioned to read in order to fall asleep. The last book that my parents read me was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The first book I've read myself was its sequel Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator. I read for about an hour every night and i have a weak preference for boring books (recommend me good ones please)
I try to keep a log of books and essays that I enjoyed and occasionally write some thoughts about them.
Photographs
Moments captured through my lens.I take photos of things that make me laugh.
